Refund policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for used, damaged, or incorrectly handled items, or for requests made after the return period.

If a damaged or incorrect item is received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Refunds are processed after inspection. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or another agreed method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

Orders refused or not accepted at delivery may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
